A/E20 needs a spot to farm.

hello all! i recently switched my secondary prof to Elementalist so i can farm ghail's staff. however, there is a certain part before i get to ghail that is seemingly impossible to get passed. i've tried not touching them, along with putting on shadowform, or silver armor and using dash/dark escape. this is the part near the rez shrine between the vermin and the jade brotherhood thats right before ghail. if anybody has suggestions on where else to farm, or how to get passed this part, please do tell.
