How many differnt kinds of US box sets are there?

Guild Wars Preorder Box
Guild Wars
Guild Wars Collector's Edition
Guild Wars Factions Preorder Box
Guild Wars Factions Collector's Edition
Guild Wars Nightfall Preorder Box
Guild Wars Nightfall Collector's Edition

I bought the GOTY upgrade but haven't seen a special retail box set anywhere. I have seen a Guild Wars Special Edition. Anyone know whats so special about the Special Edition box set?

I got the Special Edition - includes "The Art of Guild Wars - book 2", game soundtrack on CD plus DirectMusic code to get bonus tracks that play in-game, and also includes one PvP unlock coupon
