Vow of Silence?

Having done a few droks runs on my dervish, i've noticed that vow of silence is often lifted from me by grawls and i'm constantly hexed through it by ice golems. Just wondring if its a bug or me just being silly....thx in advance

PBAoE hexes like frozen burst go through it as they arent targeted. and chillbans willl remove it.
