King's Spectre
The basic IDS build is (party helping to get you to the imps):
Barbed Spear
Stand Your Ground
Enduring Harmony
GftE
Final Restoration
Mending Refrain
Mending
Balthazar's Spirit
(wut? no 'leets??)
Stats are Spear 9, Command 13, Motivation 13, Healing 8, Smiting 4 (yes 2 sups)
Perfect Gear: +10 vs water shield, firey and +7 ele spear (drake kabobs and a little scalefin soup are helpful but optional
)
With it's not *quite* as slow as it looks. With Balthazar's helping out with adrenalin as well as energy, you get in a lot of crits. Trolls and Elementals are no problem, but a double mob (8-10 imps) will murder you. The P/Me version of this works too, but not as well. I mean to try a P/Ra version to see if Stormchaser is enough to power the build, but I suspect that the long cast time of trolls and apply poison could be rough.
The UW build is really, REALLY slow and needs a little luck. It *can* kill graspings groups and pairs of bulls (no corner blocking needed) but I mainly just wanted to see if it was possible at all.
Glad to see a few Paragon fans still out there!

The mesmer version (mantra of x) plus a spamable attack skill (slayer's is about the best we've got right now) lets you go after a lot of the tyrian mobs. If you're out to make big money, there are a zillion better builds to do it with.

I noticed these pictures are old, and was at the time of countries fighting for Favor. Its been awhile since the whole world favor thing has changed, and maybe some skills. Have you check to see if any of the skills you used might be a bit different now? I know there were some changes to para skills... Also, how long does a run usually take you? and how long does it take just to clear the cave?

You realize it's a ressed 1y old thread right? IDS are gold now. Mending refrain was nerfed, dont remember anything else. Anyway, killing them with barbed spear alone? lol that had to take ages.

Woh! How'd this get into the farming area? And how'd it come back at all?
The imp build was fun but got nerfed a long time ago - at least 3 skill on the bar. This was back when you could spam GFTE. The UW was real but more of a funny screenshot than a farming build. Thanks for the walk down memory lane, though.

similar to my para ids run, cept i used [shield of regeneration], and used [godspeed] for the run there, no need for henchies :P
ide reccommend using ["dodge this!"] now instead of gfte, nerf lameness ide be interested in seeing this uw build you used, probably doesnt work anymore due to the tntf nerf. if it uses 55, + burning, its boring as hell... but it works.. 55 is the most lame thing on the face of gw, so no need if it is.
