The biggest problem that is easily fixed that i can think of is the for the monk heros and henchmen. Monk heros and hencmen should NOT be able to casts spells on minions unless directed otherwise by the player. I'm sick of my monks having no energy because they try to heal minions. I mean c'mon, my dunkoro infuses bone horrors more than players.

The second problem is with flags. Henchmen and heroes should not be allowed to move an inch from the spot where they are flagged off. This would make pulling and avoid aggro much easier. Especially in higher level areas of the game like the elite misions or the new upcoming hard mode where aggro control is necessary. This would provide much more control over your heros and henchmen.

I always use Eve for energy, try her,she is good.
Yes,flags agro can be frustrating, sometimes they run out too far and get killed.

LoL, yeah I have trouble with Dunkoro Infusing minions. Gets kinda stupid, and if you disable it and use it yourself, it defeats the point of having it as an almost instant anti-spike (due to NPC reflexes).

It is annoying but for me the most utterly annoying bit is that my caster heroes refuse to cast spells on my calls! They go in some sort of frenzy whenever they see a ranger. So, even if I bashed my keyboard calling another target, they still continue spamming spells on the rangers. This must stop.

Yes true, it can be really annoying , but henchies and heroes shouldn't behave like humans...

I'm not saying to give them uber AI, but at least make em cast on called targets!

The main change they really do need to make to the hero AI is to stop Koss etc breaking off from combat to trail after my monk character when she's kiting away from danger.

That one is really, really annoying. If I want them to stop fightin' and start running around like headless chickens. I'll flag them away from the fight. Running to trail after a kiting monk - and thereby pulling the foes, they were keeping nicely occupied and away from harassing the monk, with them... Does not help.

For that matter, heroes equipped with melee weapons. Unless a target is called. Could we please have them attack the closest target, like any good little whammo C-spacing.
Just because I switch target for a second, to hit one foe with something like an interupt. Does not mean that I want Koss'n'co to break off from the nice little ball of foes and start running to the other side of the battle field.

Well, you can lock their target. Won't help with the henchies, but the heroes will stick to their enemy.

Their priorities suck. I saw henchmen just standing around, doing nothing when surrounded by corpses, just because the other Mo hench was a few aggro bubbles away, dead. They should res the closest person if someone with reusable rez isn't in range.

Well they should atleast have some integrity. What happens when no humans are around?

What about people like me who despise pugs because theres always gotta be that one person who gets the team wiped because he wants his drop or a chest.

Look we can't expect the AI to be perfect, but it does need serious improvement.
