I was just wondering what sort of graphics card and processor we would be needing for guild Wars 2.
I'm guessing that the graphics are going to be much more adanced... But Will I have to Buy a whole nw computer with top of the range specs (£2-3,000) or will a GeForce 6600GT and a 1.3Ghz Processor be ok ?... also... Windows Vista ?.. or can we use Xp !?

Noone know exactly what the system spec will be yet, its still 2 years away! But by the look of things, you will need a new cpu, graphic card, 2gb memory etc. In the next 2 years a lot of games will be using DX10 as well, so a DX10 card is a must imo.
But Gaile did say that GW2 will support DX10 but you won't need DX10 card to run it. Anyway you have more than a year and a half, so start saving up!

Speculation is good, and planning ahead is admirable, but there aren't any definitive answers to what the Guild Wars 2 System Requirements will be, perhaps it will be clearer in a year or so.
