It's really wasteful speccing 10 in Illusion just to achieve a slightly longer deep wound on a single skill imo. The rest of your bar is also ridiculously limited. All you can do is slightly damage a caster and prevent 1 skill, interrupt twice every 20-25 seconds, which really isn't helpful at all and inflict a deep wound on maybe a few enemies every 15 seconds.
While keeping Epidemic can be useful if your team has more conditions, it's really not worth bringing solely for Phantom Pain.
You don't really have enough variety to be considered over another nuker... That 20% less health could easily be removed by another nuker. You'd probably do more damage if you specced full Domination using Shatter Hex/Hex Eater Vortex for a tank and used Epidemic to spread a simple Dismember from the tank.
When it comes to aiding a nuke you'd probably find that Backfire on a key target, ie the Monk or Rit healer would cause alot more damage than a Mistrust would. Obviously if you can work it bring both and put em on different casters. But if the monk gets below 147 health it won't cast anymore and the chances are if it spam heals its allies, it'll be dead much faster.
Then again i'm not all that familiar on the Deep, mainly because its possibly the lamest, most retarded place in the game.

Well here's my Dominatrix build;
Me/Ele
12 Dominate + Mask & Sup Rune = 16
12 Fast Cast + Minor Rune = 13
Arcane Thievery
Empathy
Backfire
Arcane Echo
Cry of Frustration
Mantra of Recovery
Energy Burn
Glyph of Lesser Energy
I usually jump into a fray by casting Arcane thievery right away.
Followed by Arcane Echo and Empathy on the warriors...now armed with two Empathies, I can use Mantra, then the Glyph to tab through enemies and hit the ones I want.
If I see a caster, they get Backfire, and a double dose of Energy Burn.
The Cry of Frustration is of course, kept for the front line fighters.
This is NOT a solo character in the least.
This is however, one of the best support characters I have been able to make with only core skills.
In areas that are melee-heavy and have fewer casters, I switch out Backfire for Meteor Shower, and crank up my Fire with leftover points.
I have the same gold staff as above...Hale Domination Staff of Fortitude = HSR (20%), Energy +5(HP>50%), Energy HP+30, HP +30.
