Is it really possible to get a vamp wep in pre from a drop or is it just something that ppl brought over when they could go to the hall? And is it true that if u get caught with one if it was from the guild hall ting that u will get banned?

You will not get banned.

As for if they drop, I doubt it. Most likely, anything vampiric in pre searing is from the gh bug.
