hello i was wondering if you could plz help me when i take a screen shot it removes all the interface from the screen shot so i am unable to take a screen shot of an items stats.

When you press the Print Screen key with the Interface visible this still happens?

Usually you have to turn off the UI via SHIFT+CTRL and H function...

So, how are you getting your screen shots?

yes it is vissible and when i press the print screen button after 1second the interface disapears then reapears and says 'screen shot saved', but the interface is not in the pictures

And you don't have any 3rd party application running in the background that "traps" screenshots? It sounds like something is interfering with the normal method, I am unaware of any Guild Wars setting that would turn the UI off automatically when taking screenies.

Also, if you hold shift when you press Prnt Scrn it removes the UI.
You probably know that though :\

no i am not running any 3rd party program in the background so not sure y its not working

just got it working im not sure y its not working properly but i just descovered if i hold control and press print screen it works thank you for all you help and sorry for wasteing ur time

Well, I didn't know that trick, surprised I haven't found out by accident though, lol. I usually, do the shift + ctrl and H thing to frame my shot in advance.
