A thing in the GW art book...

Well i was bored so i started to look in the Art of Guild Wars book 2( came with the special edition of Prophecies).Well when i reach the last page of the book i saw something weird. It was a creature wiht 2 tails, dwaynas wings, horns and glow like a titan.
My question: WTF is that thing

Concept? or a new enemy...

It wouldn't be too "new" if it came with in an Concept Art book for Chapter 1. lol

More important than that - Theres an enemy in the concepts from Factions that looks really tight too that I wish was implimented.

Looks more like Melandru's wings.

Now that you mention it i dont think dwayna has any remarkable wings
Oh and the thing is that ive played the prophecies campaign trough and not seen such a creature

I just looked at it, I think it might actually be a concept drawing for a flame djinn. They were first introduced in Sorrow's Furnace.

If anyone remembers the e3 video before GW:P came out, They will know anet have a stack of stuff they have but not released

yah i have all of the art books and by skimming through the pages there are a lot of enemies in the books that were not implemented in the game. The creature at the end of the Prophecies book looked pretty cool, stupid tease, lol.

The artbooks include concept art that was never used in the games at all. After all, the idea of concept art is to draw a lot of different things, and then choose from those what to implement.

So yeah, I doubt that it's a new enemy. Just some concept art that never made it into the actual game. It looks very cool though.
