Since it's a prophecies boss I assume he shares spawning spots with other bosses and doesn't show up all the time.

The only boss I've even seen in the area is Euhh Snickersnak, I am mainly just wondering what area I should be looking in... I figured I am in the wrong place seeing as I've seen Euhh 9 times now.

Why exactly do you need to find him? To get Earthquake or Aftershock?
It'd probably be easier just to unlock them with faction if you're having trouble finding him.

You can't use an elite in pve if you unlock it with faction.

neither earthquake or aftershock are elites.
Capping aftershock from him is a good idea if you only have prophecies because the only other 2 places to get it is Marnhams grotto and ember light camp.

Could you just use another lvl 20 character change there secondary to elementalist and buy the skill since it is non elite from a trainer. Wouldn't this unlock it for your new character?
