Double Sunspear & Lightbringer Points This Weekend

Guess I'll have to spend my Weekend farming for Sunspear points.

time to get the sunspear maxed hopefully in hard mode???!!

Hopefully this means hard mode will be hear by wednesday or close. Since if its launched on the weekend and there's bug (which often happens with updates) there will be upcry

Well the whole thing with the double Lightbringer points should be that way already in some areas. Instead of just the 2 points in some areas, it which places like DoA should carry at least 4LB points permanently.

Otherwise the other stuff like Hard Mode is great news indeed.

I need about 32,000 LB points for Holy Lightbringer. At roughlt 1,300 points per hour this weekend, Hmmm....24.6 hours to max LB title. Definitely not gonna happen this weekend, especially if the weather's nice.

Chances are that Hard Mode will have vastly accelerated LB gain. (especially if HM will be based around it). I predict about 10 LB per kill, 20 LB during weekend.

ranger buffs? whoa, seriously? more buffs on an already overpowered versatile class? between b/p and trappers, it really needs MORE buffs? I guess they can't quite clear hard mode DoA solo yet....

How much do you want to bet it’s kept at a decent rate of 2LB points like normal mode? However if what you say is true, I would be a very happy camper.

What really needs certification anyways? GW ran great in Vista Beta 2 on barely beta Nvidia drivers.(atleast for me that is.)

I've been waiting for hard mode and ATS to get me back into GW.

At the very least, certification allows ANET to say that Guild Wars does run on Vista, so that people running Vista will know they aren't buying a game that won't run on their computer. Remember that Vista has been having a lot of compatibility problems with various programs, so if your running Vista and get a program without knowing if it will run or not its your own fault.

Well, this should be a nice weekend. I have been holding onto this skill hunter title for a while, and I'm glad to see it getting changed. However, I like wearing my Elite Skill Hunter (5) rather than Kind Of A Big Deal (1) or Prophecies Skill Hunter (x). I would rather they create 3 new titles and leave the current one.

Since Gaile said Hard Mode would introduce easier gain of Sunspear/Lightbringer points, I am willing to bet 10k that we will gain at least 4 LB points per kill (8 during the weekend) and I'm guessing the Sunspear points will still cap at 7 gain, but we will be able to get bounties in Hard Mode after r8.
