Hey I have a question...

I have Prophecies
and my friend who has factions is giving me his account with email address and pw...

can I merge his account with my account?
if so how? do I need his access key?

You cannot merge two seperate accounts. If it was just the unused key code to Factions, yes. But two existing accounts cannot be merged.

Access key for Faction has already been used so you can't use the access key to merge Factions onto your existing account.

1. It is against the EULA to sell/transfer your account to another person. If reported to ArenaNet/PlayNC, it will result in both accounts being perma banned.

2. Once a key has been registered to an account, it can not be registered to different one.
