Hello all,
unfortunatly im new to this forum so please accept my appologies if its in the wrong place.

I have an outstanding issue that has been brought to GuildWars Support's attention but the word support doesnt seem to mean anything to them, is there anywhere or anyone else i can contact?

unfortunatly i cant give too many details as its a serious matter.

You'll probably get a couple automated responses at first. Just keep emailing them back and eventually a real person will show up.

Not much we can tell you. You're not giving us details and even if you did, not sure how far anyone could help.
Just keep contacting them and I'm sure you'll be able to get the ball rolling. If not I can give you a phone number they gave me to contact them directly.

1. did you open an official support ticket or just send them an email?

2. if you created an official ticket did you update the ticket exactly as requested or create a new ticket?

i personally have needed support 3 times since the game came out and every time it required an update or so to get it sorted out.

they were helpful each time and fixed things in less than 2-3 days maximum.

Well, in many cases they tend to send a human responce with in a working day or the next day,many ossues they can resolve but of course there is few they cant even give answer straight.
