First of all, I dont know the value of the golds, but the hammer is quite similar to a hammer i got a PC on here on this forum. So You can compare with the hammer on my thread.
My hammer was sold for 18K but it took some time to sell it.

jeweled staff.....i am not quite sure why in gurus some forumers said it is a RARE skin.

i had seen more than 50++ Q9 illusion jewel staff....u can get one as cheap as 3k and inscribable. * i do window shop/ trade alot in km/kc/la*

i had not yet seen Q9 REQ Fire Jewel Staff before except Rago ~.

That is because before Nightfall they were very rare and even when NF started they were not too common. But like 90% of stuff in NF they are now over farmed.

I would try for 5k or so for the staff.

And they do not drop gold at all with any req besides illusion.
