Has there been any word of whether adding the expansion to your account will add 2 character slots like the chapters did?
Similarly, has there been any mention of what will be in the collector's edition? (I haven't seen anything)

I haven't seen any news on slots, but since it is just an expansion and will introduce no new professions, I highly doubt it. Same goes for CE.
