Stuck Problems. Need Help!

I do runs in the UW. And after I kill the Grasping Darkness's, and get ready to run through all the Aatxes to get to the Smite Crawlers, every say 2 out of 5 runs I get the problem of being stuck somewhere. I can see my self running on my computer, but im not on the server and I have to use the /stuck command to resynch but by then with being attacked by 1 or 2 Aatxes, its too late to fix the problem. How can I stop this from reoccuring all the time?

I used to get pingback as well.

You'd be running...then 3 seconds later you'd find yourself back to where you were 3 seconds ago being hacked at by an Aatxe.
