PC Gamer... can't find it!

I have been trying to get the May issue of PC Gamer for obvious reasons. I have spent the past 3 weeks looking everywhere for it.

I have tried:
Barnes and Noble
Waldenbooks
Local Gaming stores
3 nearby grocery stores
walmart
and the Student Bookstore on campus. <-- saw one copy there... in someone's hand at the register.

I have not seen ANY issue at any of these places (except the one copy mentioned) except for the Ultimate Guide or whatever. I have been checking each place twice a week.

I am in Chico (Northern California). Any tips? This is making me cranky.

If I am missing the point about how magazine distribution works, sorry. I don't usually buy magazines.

they might be able to help you locate the list of stores in your area that carry the magazine so you can get your copy, else you might be able to order one directly there, ask their customer service.

The May issue of PCGamer was on store shelves around April 3rd. They went very quickly due to both the GW article/minipet and the beta trial key for the new LOTR.

Your best bet at this point is to order it as a backissue from pcgamer.com.

If you have a BooksAMillion in your area, you might try it. In my area at least, those stores got their magazines later than the others (B&N, etc.).

If you want just the minipet, prices have come done lots ingame. You can probably pick one up right now for about 30k, and it'll probably drop more.
