Whats it worth now, vs. what it's worth if I put a 3:1 vamp mod and armor +5 mod on it

I'd guesstimate you could get around 30k to 60k max.
Good sword, but req 12 hurts. A hardcore sword user may be interested, but you still won't get as much as you would if it were a lower req.
I had a req 8 Flamberge, max dmg, 15^50, and foolishly sold it for 25k on forums here cuz I thought I was being nice by not refusing final bid. The sword was really worth upwards of 70k/80k at least.
