Are all Gold items from NF inscribable?

Nope .... it's rare, but you can find golds with no inscription slot whatsoever. Own a gold max colossal like that. x_x

A friend of mine also ran across a req10 elemental sword, with no slot.

Any Rare (gold) item found in elona, and i believe also found in fissure of woe and Underworld (the tombs map is not underworld) will have an inscription slot.

I have never been or seen any gold items found in elona that didn't have an inscription slot.

Rare items without inscription slot drop in Nightfall, though it's very rare, i had this happen about 3times.

Wrong on all 3 counts sorry. Fow/UW: NEVER inscription, just never, only possible way to get these skins with inscriptions is the infamous HOH chest and the skins which drop in torment/DOA. As should be obvious from both the post previous to mine, and the one 2 before that, not 100% of Elonian golds can be inscribed, but... really close.
