Need PC on a rq10 Shinobi Blade

hi, i have a rq10 Barbed Shinobi Blade (gold)

+15%dmg in stance

have never seen anyone trying to sell this perticular skin before, so i need input on its value. a guildie of mine says around 20k, is that correct?

30-40k imo..... perhaps more......... rare skin, not many really nice ones around
