I was just tinkering around in different professions for e-management OTHER then /me or /e.
I ended up compiling this build
16 Healing Prayers (12 + 3 + 1)
12 Divine Favor (11 + 1)
3 Protection Prayers (2 + 1)
6 Communing
1) Mighty Was Vorizun
2) Glimmer of Light [E], Word of Healing [E], or Light of Delverance [E]
3) Orison of Healing
4) Ethereal Light
5) Signet of Rejuvenation
6) Dismiss Condition
7) Deny Hex
8) Rez. Chant
With all radiant insignias + 1 rune of attunement, my hero Monk has 70 energy under the effect of Mighty was Vorizun.
I don't know if anyone else posted a build similar to this and IF someone has, It was NO intention of mine to steal it. It is purely coincidental.
Please leave comments/tips/etc.

its not energy *management*
and with only 5 energy skills, you heroes run out of energy?

I agree with turbobusa, having a bigger pool of energy isn't managing your energy. It just means that it takes a tad longer too burn it all. In prolonged fights and heavy fights they will eventually also drop down too 0.
Energy management can be achieved in several ways, using energy efficient skills (signets), using skills that allow you te gain energy (leech signet, channeling and such), or by controlling carefully when to use skills at all. the last one is not really an option for heroes, but the first two are. You could maybe try ranger in conjuction with draw condition and Melandru's resilience. Never tried it, but maybe it works. Radiant insignias therefor also do not help to regain energy, and therefore are better replaced with survivors, ones for armor.

In PvE, however, it's pretty frequent that the fight will be over before this energy pool is. I'm gonna give this a try, looks like it could work

Thanks for the input guys. And you're RIGHT, it was wrong for me to call it e-management.
As for your suggestions, the /me Inspiration linked signets and interrupts are all fine and dandy, but you have to put a much larger amt. of attribute points into Inspiration to gain a noticeable gain in energy for any of those skills. Of course you can argue the fact that the hero AI is also quite amazing at using those interrupt skills to great effect. I guess it boils down to player taste.
This build only requires 6 points in communing to keep MwV up indefinitly.
I don't know why I should add Survivor Runes to my monks when MwV already provides +15 armor as well.
After further use/tinkering with this monk build, I've found Glimmer of Light to be the best [E] Skill for this setup. My experiances have seen the hero monk use WoH to heal allies way above the 50% mark + the recharge is too long to be any affect if the monk cant use the skill right. LoD was nice, but, AS with WoH, the Hero monk used it at the most inopportune times (IE when there was only 1 ally under 80% health).

Using an urn on monks = No +20% enchants.
Just use channeling, or better yet, use no hero monks at all because its a lot better using damage heroes.
