Enabled the Russian language option.
Fixed a performance issue with anti-aliasing on nVidia cards and Windows Vista.

A friend of mine is interested in GW, and he's Russian. I printed out a snippet of dialog in-game in Russian to humor him.

They didn't Russia-fy the skill names nor the NPCs.

(While we know some names such as the game's name, "Guild Wars", is the global name and even in Japan it's called "Guild Wars", in general all names are not Russia-fied)

Many languages in this game actually don't have voice acting. Its not like hireing 40+ voice actors is easy.

the thing about Wiki's is they can be edited by users.... This particular edit was done by someone named Alaris. Is he a dev? wouldn't appear so from things I saw (he seems like a knowledgable player but not a supreme being sorta thing)

I still have a feeling it will be thursday afternoon. that way if theres any major glitches they can take care of em before the weekend crowd comes along.

lol well they did do the last major addition on a logical thursday...

as for this most recent little patch... what performance problem?? I have an nvidia card, vista, beta drivers, and AA cranked to 16xHQ and it ran perfectly... Only problem I have is with crappy server connection problems

The 4.20.2007 Release date is a lie.

1. I've seen no proof that it will be on that date. The only proof is that gGaile said the update will be within 1 month from 3.20

2. Made unofficially.

3. Would make sense to do it today, Thursday 4.19. THey always do Major updates in the afternoon. If they did it on 4.20, then it would be after the beginning of the double points event, and they need a client update for that.
