As I said in my post, those are the majority of the community's points that crop up when this topic comes about from time to time. Don't get all hostile, I'm just passing on information.

I guess the begged question to that is, why play then?

Which contributes to the whole pool of players who get further and are incapable of playing their character. If you can't beat it, there is a reason. Learn your proffession, and then beat it.
If I don't know Calculus, and I cheat, what happens when I have to do math after college? (Please no one give the cop out of "math is real life, this is a game," I'm using a reference.)

3) You want something at point B before doing something at point A

Typically the game designers design things to be obtainable in a certain order. Although it may be a little more expensive, using the armor you're gained in an orderly manner IS possible and it actually makes the missions a challenge.

I can't really argue with this one much, but why can't you just see it as it comes? Why see The Desert before Manguuna? Or Southern Shiverpeaks before Lion's Arch? You WILL get there after all.

As with "I can't beat the mission!" There is a reason for this.
Small Tangent: As Yanman.be referenced, there is a guy with End Game armor, weapons, etc who has no idea how to play his profession. And he's not really going to learn it, because he's already asking for builds.
You learn your profession by not having all the skills (so you have to create your own sets, not "build x"), by having the max armor (so you actually see where you messed up, and weren't saved by your over-powered level), etc.

6) You just want to get through the storyline like a movie or a book

Another one I can't really argue, but then this shouldn't be used by someone who's already beaten the game or plans to play it again, ever.
