Thanks to crazy polish dude

I have 2 shields here that are rare skinned but higher req than desired. Any thoughts on their values? Are they worth beefing up or savaging their components?

Eagle Defender of Valor (Elona Gold Item)
Armor: 16 (Requires 12 Command)
Health +58 (while hexed)
Inscription: "The Riddle of Steel"
Armor +10 (vs. Slashing damage)

Hmmm, what do you think?
