Hi,
Well i know there is already a build that uses MoR which uses fire too, this build uses a completely different base. The purpose of the build is to get as close as possible to the enemies and unleash lot of damage while still being able to attack after. So there goes:
Attributes
D/E
Fire magic: 12
Scythe mastery: 10 + 1 + 3
Earth magic: 8 + 1
Mysticism: The rest
Skills
Victorious Sweep
Wounding strike
Flame Djinn's Haste
inferno
Glyph of lesser energy
conjure flame
Mystic Rejen
Optional/rez
Equips
Fiery scythe with whatever other mod - 20% enchant works but is not necessary.
any kind of armor, but radiant insignias would work great although i only added 1 to my armor, still works great
Use
Well basically this build is for dealing a lot of damage with fire magic, including energy management and good offence.
First, start off by enchanting yourself with conjure flame, mystic regen and then the glyph before engaging battle.
second, pick targets in a group and use wounding strike, then quickly use flame djinn's haste and inferno which should be given to you free of charge and then keep attacking with victorious sweep and wounding strike. Rinse and repeat
P.S: you also get speed to catch up those who ran away.
Why flame djinn haste(FdH) first then inferno second, if you try it you will see a delay after the cast of inferno, which FdH do have but much less allowing you to chain the flames attacks
Variants
The skill that pushed me into developing this build is phoenix, as it does 2 damages on adjacent enemies, but the drawback is it cast time is way too long and can easily be interrupted. But it all varies with taste. Now with flame burst there is a huge aftercast that will leave you doing nothing but it attacks nearby enemies that mean that if after inferno some of the mobs leaves you flame burst can still give them the coup de grace, but as i said inferno and flame burst has a huge aftercast where you just stand around doing nothing and give a low chance of getting those runners.
Flame djinn's haste/inferno --> phoenix/flame burst/or other fire spell suited for the mission/quest you are doing.
glyph of lesser energy --> Glyph of sacrifice, mostly if you dont care about energy and want to use phoenix, with the tribute of extra 30 sec recharge.
-------
Pros
Can partially counter blind/blocking stance
Inflict a great deal of damage if not kill
Cons
Monsters/enemies with high elemental armor destroy this build, as the fire doesn't do a lot of damage but that mostly casters, which can be taken down with scythe attacks
-----
To finish off, this build was done by me after days of testing and being bored of using dervish skills over and over again.
please leave comments and suggestions on this build. I would really appreciate you doing so ^^

meh, inferno sucks. but using flame dijinns isnt a bad idea.

Try it inferno isnt bad at all for damage, once of the most powerful point black spell
Coloneh
no, inferno is horrible damage. this has been discussed sense prophecies came out. it will never touch my skillbar.
Star Gazer
inferno + meteror + phoenix = gg :b

Hey , im curious now, i prolly missed that discussion but why is inferno bad. I really wanna know. Thanks

Ugh, such a lack of proper grammar that it was painful to read. Anyways, I agree Inferno isn't that great but an interesting build thought.

:P my bad about the grammar, i was in rush in writing it, i will edit it later for your convenience. But i have a question, what would you substitute inferno with? since i dont see anything wrong with it for a melee character
Coloneh
switch out inferno and Glyph of lesser energy for conviction and either heart of fury or mystic vigor.
AtomicMew
I have a similar build:
take out inferno/GoLE, switch out all your attacks, add in VoS, add in HoF, add in mark.
Okay, not REALLY similar but..

It's not like he used a mass of unreadable nonsense. If it's legible don't worry about it.
As for the build it I think using Flame Djinn's Haste is a good idea. I once in observer mode I saw a D/E using Storm Djinn's Haste. I think he was using an extend enchantment build of some sort.
