I don't know why i wrote bow there but yeah... its a staff.

Halves Skill recharge of spell (20% chance)
Energy +10
Fire DMG: 11-22 (requires 9 divine favour)
Reduces Disease duration by 20%
Energy +5
Enchantments last 20% longer

Salvage for mods, it has only one casting mod.
