I'd try for more like 30k. Fairly sure I've sold a non-q9 (inscribable stuff seems to fall into q9 price or non-q9 price to me) for at least that in the past.

It is a nice skin, and it does have its fans out there. I'm not sure what the HM addition has done to the market - seems like a lot of buyers are hanging back right now, waiting to see if HM drops flood the market and lower prices.
