They are tradable. You might be able to sell it, but don't expect anything extravagant. Maybe 500 gold. They'll probably be back next Halloween.

They're Halloween party favors, just for the fun of it. They did give necros a boost from soul reaping, I don't know if they still do or not after the SR nerf.

I still have a whole bunch of these and the other 'party' favors from both halloween and wintersday.....guess I should sell them now before they get cheap again!
