A. Players enter game, and Roulette starts.

2a [Wheel] Everyone moves 25% faster.

2d [Gravestone] Players take twice as long to respawn.
2e [Flower Bud] Players respawn twice as fast.
2f [Reaper] Dead players do not respawn, and must be revived by an npc or another player.

Point Effects
5a [Ladder] Points gained from holding a capture point are doubled.
