Salvaging runes...

Hi there.
I want to ask a simple question. What happened to the chance of destroying the armor while salvaging a rune from it? The last 7 times I tried I've destroyed the armor... I have lvl 1 title in both treasure and wisdom hunting and basically was expecting to get ~50% rate of success. I don't remember any updates saying anything about it...

So, Am I extremely unlucky lately or is there something I miss?

I dont have the title, and I havent destroyed a piece of armor in a few days. I've got alot of them from Sorrow's Furnace too...

I've got 14% chance to break items when salvaging, and I still break the armors from time to time.

Btw , once title is there , do you have to equip it before salvaging , AKA checking box then having title on you or its omnipresent ?
