Vengeful was Khanei, Vengeful Weapon, Flurry, Frenzy, Tiger Stance, Burst of Aggression, Sprint and Dolyak Signet.
12 Restoration, 12 Strength (before runes)
Not fine-tuned but it did work in under 40 seconds for me the first time I used it.
P.S. Noticed that the doppelganger continued to attack while he was under the effects of VwK himself.....bug?
