Yea I have no reason to play now.

All I did was solo farm UW (tapered off a bit, only about 5-8 runs a night)
I do nothing else on this game but UW and the occassional boss solo
I buy nothing to collect.
I sell very little (greens basically when I do)

It hurts those who do the work .. and NOT the bot farmers..
Go stand in granite citadel / yohlon haven / rilhon refuge (international) .. you think they'll stop farming? No

Never mind the fact the prices will seem to go up for all, which as someone said on the first page, will cause those to go buy money on a website.

What about if someone (for the sake of arguement) wants to buy a ghial staff. Normally 15-20k, what will it be in a month? 50k?
Again .. for the sake of arguement.


As a side note -- I never understood the exact importance of shadow form in pve play? ... since it seems they hate solo farming, what purpose does it serve?

And the only benefit hard mode really achieved was for title hunting RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOs.
Do most of us really want to go through all missions again to get the title? Clear EVERY stinkin area?

6.3 million XP and 1 maxed out title (Canthan Protector) ... The hard mode helps me how?

I don't know.. Personally I did Plains of Jarin & the drops were through the roof. Then I did Kryta Province & the Drops were same old bleh.. I don't notice a drop at all.. need to test more..

The update notes say that loot is scaled by party size now and that re-entering an area no longer decreases loot. I was wondering if this also means you can take henchies and get the same amount of items/same good quality of items when u solo farmed the same area?

Haven't we seen this topic many times before, with every rework (nerf) of aoe/energy management/healing skills? And yet, two years later solo as well as small group farming is still here. How long is it going to take a group of hardcore farmers to figure out the right group size/farm area to maximize on the reapings? It's not even a day yet, and I'm sure within a week we'll end up seeing a couple of patches that worked out some unforseen bugs, and a nice long list of farming builds. Any argument regarding the pros and cons of such a huge update after so little time is seriously flawed. Sure, we can all say yea we liked it, no we didn't, but to make any long term prediction, and going as fas as saying 'this has killed gw' is nonsense.
