Skill Tomes Trader - is there one?

I noticed that the Scroll Trader in the guildhall now deals in all scrolls, and there was a swing in the prices of scrolls, so maybe it is not so useless a trader after all this time. But he does not deal in tomes. I think it would be a good idea if he did. I was running with a necro and picked up a warriors tome. If I do not want it is there a trader I can turn to? Or must I run around LA spamming the trade channel. LOL.
