As the title implies this thread is to locate and share the knowledge of how these skills are obtained. I don't think they are elite for i got the max rank and no other things popped out.
Anyone has any ideas?

two things I want to point out from the Offical Hard Mode Fact Sheet on gw.com
* Advance your rank as a Sunspear, gaining powerful new skills tailored to your profession along the way.
* Increase your might against the minions of Abaddon by progressing through the ranks of the Lightbringer title track.
Okay, so this leads us to believe that there are new skills for Sunspear, where the hell are they? Any rank 9's got a clue? Also, Lightbringer title track hasn't been upgraded. It's still showing me as having it maxed out. I know that the above statement doens't mean they added ranks but I do remember on several occasions Gaile stating that both Sunspear AND Lightbringer were going to get higher ranks.
