Having read the Hard Mode update and especially the drop rate update, i'm really starting to fire up about playing again and will hop back in this weekend and maybe get some guildies together to clear a few areas and see what we get.
I'd say that this update sounds pretty good, except for the absent PvE only skills that had been mentioned would come with it.
That aside and back to the topic of the thread, i'm still a little undecided on GW2 and think it is maybe a bit to early to put my cards on the table. I only really have the time to commit to one game at a time, so going to GW2 would mean no GW1, but by then, like recent times, my interest may have ebbed some and i'll just into the new world.
One thing i can say for certain is that i WILL be buying GW:EN and more than likely a collectors edition if there is one.
