Monk Survivor Build

Hi Everyone,
i have not had much experience as a primary monk and after getting bored with all my other PvE characters i thought i should make a monk.
i've always wanted to get the survivor title but when i tried on my warrior i failed because of a big lag spike but ohh well, lets hope it doesn't happen this time.
anyway im trying to get a good monk build that should see me through to survivor as long as i play it properly and be smart about where i go.
i was thinking of going primary healing but i really don't know enough about them yet.
if you can help me out with a build it would be greatly appreciated.
