You don't have to be in a guild to get the tonics, simply guess the guilds who were going to place in the top 8 of the celestial tourny.

There are 28 in the game as far as I know.
I'm not home yet but when I return I should have my everlasting transmorgrify tonic.
10 were awarded to the winners of the celestial tournament (8 starters 2 subs i think) 10 to the sportsmanship winners (8 starters 2 subs) and 8 to those who guessed did the best in the tournment house predictions. So no, there are not only 10, but 28 is still pretty rare.

To get the tonic, you had to predict who one. To get the everlasting tonic, you had to be in the winning guild.

Not sure off the top of my head where it is. But we have the info somewhere, at least our tournament leader does. But as mentioned, at least 20 for sure and I think 28 but not exactly certain on that.

im pretty sure i read a statement saying that the best predictors in the tournament house would also get an everlasting tonic, i guess you got the top 8 guilds placed perfectly. Congratulations.

I scored a perfect 40/40 in the predictions and have yet to receive a perma potion. (I received 40 from the Xunlai tourny, and 7 from being in the tourny). I've emailed Mike G (since his email to the Tournament leaders is the only verification these things were being awarded).
I thought maybe their plans had changed between that email and the publishing of the reward details on gw.com - but I guess i've just been overlooked
