as for hand axe, i doubt someone will used it as a caster weapon....so your best price might be 10-20k...due to its high Q.

What skin is the Hand Axe? Tyrian or Canthan?

If Tyrian then 10-20kish, Popular skin. If Canthan then 50k+ maybe: canthan Hand Axes are extremely rare atm.

I think it'll be hard to get more than 30K for the req 11, Dragon Breath wand,- unless you spam it for hours.

(got my req. 9 for 4K - lol !!!! I even told him it was a rare skin before buying,- generous guy )
