Where is the best place to get both points in hard mode

Currently, during the weekend event, Ive been solo trapping stygian on hard mode, just the first group of demons when you take the quest- the whisperer's informant is right beisde the quest guy... 16 LB points per kill, 4 runs = over 1,000 LB points

Sunspear is easy to get if you go south of Remains of Saldejarah into The Sulfurous Wastes to Alem the Unclean. It's 1000 Points/ 5 minutes if done correctly.
Lightbringer...I'll have to keep that a secret, but I can get 200-300 Points every 2-3 minutes. But I'll give a hint; notice how the Mesmer boss outside the Mirror of Lyzz exit of Dzagoniur Bastion is missing? This prevents players exploiting the boss bonus points. There, however, is another area...

Clearing the Domain of Secrets will net you a god 350 LB points per run in normal mode. Double that for this weekend event and its 700. Do it in HM and your at 1,400 points per run (HM is double right?) Takes about 20 minutes in normal mode, havent tried it in HM yet.

I have a good one for Sunspear points, HM sulfurus wastes enter from gate of desolation, take a wurm kill 25 undead then kill valhen the silent and his group (thats about 35 undead and 35x8= 280 and + 200 and double weekend its about 1000 sun spear points and about 3 minutes

I've been using that exact same run. Its pretty smooth really, shame the boss is so far away though.

Stygian Veil trap the first mob of the Quest. more than 300 LB Points in 5min or so.

HM is 6/kill, so about 2.1k, bosses net 300 points usually, so around 3k per run during this weekend.

I tried doing Domain of Secrets with a few PUGS but they always have incompetences that make them die constantly and waste a ton of time. Hence although the potential gain is good, the actual gain/time ratio achieved is not.
I find it much faster to simply farm NF Garden. That's what I'll be doing since the chances of finding a PUG who can farm Domain of Secrets properly is slim to none, and even if it was found chances are it would disband after one or two runs like all the other PUGs do.
NF Garden, killing first two mobs of Menzies, then rezone. Fast and efficient.

If you have a 130/105 monk or a famine ranger, get in a 2man titan farm. 3-4 minutes a run and ~240 LB points with the added bonus of titan gems. ;-)
As for Sunspear. The Desolation loop mentioned early is good. I clear an extra group before i kill the Derv boss. Its 5 minutes a run and you wind up with about ~1.2k SS points.

Way to stop that is to zone out right away if you see Margonites. If you can see 'em, they're gonna fight the Menzies for sure. So just zone out and go back in til ya can't see any Margonites.

I hate secret spots so odds are it is mapping between Resplendent Makuun and Wilderness of Bahdza to kill the bosses fast.

If you guys have spots to share, share them. If you're going to waste everyone's time with a "I have a secret spot but won't tell!!" don't bother posting. This is a thread to help other people out.
I personally used to use the Gate of Secrets but that area is damn hard to do with henchies in HM, for me at least.

i just tried this...I see the boss, but the mobs before it are damned hard..a liquid flame hits for 169 damage...what heroes/henchies are you using, or are you doing this with people?

Since the weekend is over, I'll give up the location:
It's near the Mouth of Torment in Hard Mode, exit to the southwest, take the Margonite bounty. Kill the left Margonite mob, then the right mob with the boss Rual, Stealer of Hope. Then zone out. Repeat.
It'll net 100-150 LB points in 2-3 minutes, after the weekend.

I personally go from the southern exit from Ruins of Morah, I get the monolith hunt kill the first 2 groups get the wurm and dash north (avoiding undead) to the margo shrine then i kill the margos near and close to the start (gotto kill the elementals) then dash across to near bone palace and get elemental hunt in total takes about 10 mins and gets roughly 4-500 points. hope this helps someone out peace

That run to Alem the Unclean is pretty awesome for the Sunspear points I must say.

You can actually farm lb points in the Alem the unclean area as well. Not to mention its nice its super easy in HM with worms

I think that the only way with which you can get those 3 bosses (and a few margonites) is by touching shrines..

Well, as I mentioned, I was a fool and completed the Show of Force quest (anyone who wants a farming buddy, give me a shout!). I'm also kind of lazy and have been looking for another good way to farm LB points in a wurm in hard mode.
So far the Alkali Pan has been promising. I leave from Ruins of Morah and go after all the exposed Monolith and Margonite mobs, and tack a couple of djinn onto the end, for roughly 200 LB points per run. Not great, but easy because I'm in a wurm the whole time. And because I'm doing a certain amount of cruising and sneaking, it's a little more fun than a pure kill-and-rezone grind.
