what i suggest is for each tome a player reads it awards progress towards the librarian title, plz offer feedback/ideas on this posibility.

Why not just make a title based on total skill knowledge? Tomes are just a way to get skills. We have an elite skill hunter title, one could see the place for a "full unlock" title.
I don't really think it's needed, but I have ~800 skills on my ranger, and it would be an incentive to finish up the skill collection I guess. |
