Losing data in realm of torment

For some unknown reason, I keep losing my end game data in Nightfall, the realm of torment. I have 2 accounts and it happens on both acounts with new large updates. Such as the most recent one, hard mode. Once again, I am back at the gate of pain. Now dont get me wrong, going thru and getting a book of secrets yet again will be quite profitable, but its getting old fast. I have 2 accounts and it has happened on both accounts. About the time I get them thru again, we will have a new update and im back at it again. I was just wondering if this has happened to any one else?
