i'm just a bit confused because one of the guides says keep tyrian skin sickles 6-25 or more

i have one that's 6-28 that's white and normally i would just sell this but the guide says keep it what for why? thanks

Sickles in Tyria were something of a low level area drops so neer max damage was very uncommon, only untill Hard Mode came, now Tribal Axes and Sickles can be maxed and no longer as "rare".
