I'm interested if low level greens in HM are still the same or are they adjusted to the max numbers? It doesn't make sence that lvl 20++ boss has an axe with dmg 5-15

That's might sound quite a bit disappointing to you but Hassin will still drop his crappy shield @ lvl 26

Here's what GuildWiki says :
