PC on a few Jade items

I just picked these up and was wondering their value. This is my first PC here, and i tried to follow what i though was the proper format.

Armor +5
(i don't expect this one to be worth much, but i'm thinking about using it on my W/ele when i get a +20% enchanting mod)

Merch/salvage the first staff no second cast mod

Salvage zealous on the bow and sell for 1K or somthing

10K~ for the hammer, dont see to manay but there isnt high demand and skin is common

id say 20K on sword bad req but good demand get more opinions.
