don't mod it, wouldn't help you in the long run, i'd say 30-40kish, get another pc

enchanted mods are very hard to sell these days,also there are inscribable ones,only good thing on this one are mods,maybe u should try to salvage them,and after that try to sell clean sword for ~20k,it would be much easyer way

ur are consider lucky to sell a clean Q9 enchanted for 20-40k range.....unless it is Q8

for you sword and with the mods -> say 30k on the mods....the whole blade will be 55kish....

i seriously doubt someone will forked out 50kish for such felly nowadays ~
