Charr Allies, and possibly Charr heroes for GWEN.

I was thinking, why would we need to enter the charr homeland in GWEN, when the enemy is the great destroyer?

2 options:

* To find allies among the charr, and making the Charr our allies. After all, they only attacked humans because the wicked Titans told them.

* to find allies among the Charr, but a part of the Charr is stubborn and a part of the Charr is willing to help.

This theory is supported more by the fact that Charr players and human players can join eachothers party in GW2. (officially confirmed) If they were enemies, they wouldn't be able 2. And since GWEN is the bridge between GW and GW2, I am willing to bet that atleast a part of the Charr tribes will aid the Human forces in their struggle with the Great destroyer.

Now to why I think Charr heroes will appear in GWEN. This I must say, is something I cannot prove. The reason I do believe this is because 10 new heroes will be introduced in GWEN and since Anet is doing such a good job lately, listening more to what people say on forums and aiding the advanced players* , They will listen to the calls of people saying that they love the Charr and the Charr are soooo cool etc etc.

* = (hard mode, DoA, etc. Also Don't start spamming you hate Anet here, hate the "farm nerf" or w/e you feel like shouting, cuz that's not the subject.)

What's you thought on this? You guys expect the Charr to become allies aswell?

I'm not sure where, but I think I read somewhere (maybe PCGamer) that the Charr are in the middle of a civil war when we get there due to the Titans. I'm assuming the diehard believers and preists in high power(who are trying to keep it despite knowing the truth of the matter) are on one side and the ones that know and believe the truth are on the other.

Well, it is possible that simply a few become allies. After all, there's a margonite which is friendly, and also a charr in the realm of torment. The charr may live in a kinda luxon/kurzick kind of society. they argue between them but unite when they have a bigger enemy or target (like ascalon and/or the great destroyer)

I hope the Mursaat become our allies, or at least a few detractors so we can have a Mursaat hero.

Most likely we will support the rebellion side of the charr and once we help them crush the high priests, everybody will be friends .

This is exactly right. We're probably going to show up on a scene similar to what the Deldrimor and the Stone Summit are going through. One side will be for our cause and sympathetic for the wrongs committed through the treachery of the Titans. The other side will probably be a devout zealous faction of high priests and diehards that very much considers us mortal enemies, and would probably sear us again if they had half the chance. Maybe in GW:EN we'll get to clean out that second faction, and pave the road to peace between Charrs and Humans in GW2.

And earn a l33t Charr hero in this generation through the process. And a Deldrimor one, and a Tengu Paragon that screeches/chants so loudly it wakes your neighbors, and--*get's cut off*

Its almost a guarantee that somehow the Charr will become allies. It is already known that we will get to PLAY as the charr in GW2, so unless GW goes WoW on us(allowing us to play on both sides of the fight), they will be friendly characters.

I have a feeling there will be a group of Charr that are split from the Charr that attacked Ascalon. Yay for good Charr!

There will be information about the Charr and I believe it was said in the PC mag that we will visit them, but it was mentioned that the Asuras and Norns are the most visual when it comes to GWEN, not much has been said about the Sylvaries (this race has remained mysterious so far).

We might see the rise of the Sylvaries. My guess is in GW:EN we witness the birth of the first one and she/he (hope it's a she) helps us and becomes a major part of the storyline.

However we don't know anything and Anet seems to keeping it a big secret involving the Sylvaries, bigger then Gwen being in GW:EN.

The mursaat live in maguma.
I read the sylvari is to be born in EotN.
I also read that the sylvari will be from maguma.
I'm thinking the mursaat will have a part. Even if they aren't seen.
