Well, the elites usually goes for 5k-15k, depending on how wanted they are. I would say that a Mesmer Tome might not be the most wanted tome of them all, so anywhere from 6k-8k is a good price (in my opinion)

10k seems to be a good price for most Elites tomes. expect prices to top out at 5k after the newness effect dies down.
