Concept Skill: Valiant Marksman (elite)
gameshoes3003
Valiant Marksman
10 Energy
30 Second Recharge
Elite Stance. For 6...18 seconds, you deal 10...40% more damage. This stance ends if you move. (Expertise).
So yeah, I got the inspiration from this little series called "Centennial". It's about the pioneer days which my elementary school used to watch every Friday. It was about the westward expansion in the United States. Anyway, there was a scene with a native America who ties himself down onto a wooden stake and puts in a bullet made of gold into his gun. So then he showed off his bravery as like the last stand or something. Well, I thought it'd be pretty cool if there could be something like that in Guild Wars, not to get too dramatic or anything.
Anyway, I couldn't really think of a name for it, so I just called it Valiant Marksman.
woohoo.....
ADDED:
Well, edited some things with the first post.
Also, it may be a wee bit overpowered, here's a second version:
Valiant Marksman
10 Energy
30 Second Recharge
Elite Stance. For 6...18 seconds, you deal 10...46% more damage with regular bow attacks. This stance ends if you move. (Expertise).
Ok, so now bow attacks won't be affected by this stance anymore, but I did buff the percentage.

That's a cool sounding skill, but nothing bad would happen if it was just for attacks or attack skills.
Eldin
This + barrage = Overpowered?
The skill is an interesting idea, however.

Barrage is an elite skill
legion_rat
I like it. Its elite so skills like barrage and poison arrow (and many others) couldnt be added to be godly. With spirits this could be pretty nasty though.
/signed for this skill
great idea

Add some damage to rangers!
[skill=text]Power Shot[/skill] doesn't count...

Formina
This skill combined with [skill]"Go For The Eyes!"[/skill] + [skill]"Find their Weakness!"[/skill] + [skill]Keen Arrow[/skill] = Ouch? Unless you're talking about auto attacks only... O_o

Second: I'm seeing this with a spear. Just, ouch.

RANGER SPIKEEEEE!
Rangers suck at damage. Insane +dmg skills are not going to fix that. That will just lead to huge spikes. They really, really need to make the refire rate of all bows like 2/3 of what it is now.

MithranArkanere
There are mre way that refire rate.
Conditions can be more useful than direct daamge sometimes, Glint can be killed just by Rangers hitting with burning and poison arrows and their interrupts.
Bows should be costomized for +33% damage, not for +20%, afterall, they have no offhand items.

Strange Guy
Uhmm, i would say Bow attack only ^_^ This should make it a good skill. For Ranger spike, spike every 30 sec is way too stupid! lol Plus things like Shield up, Aegis will also prevent it! You can give all the combo you like, this skill wont be overpower for R spike, gaurantee!

Looks interesting and it could be fun, while obviously not too overpowered.

Wow, I'm surprised I haven't been bashed on how narrow minded my rational was.
First of all, Indian would have been a wrong term, it should have been Native American.
And also this was mainly applying to the westward expansion in the United States.
I'll edit that also I'll make it where it's only for regular bow attacks.
