1. Can i apply it yo my existing NF account? I dont have factions or prophecies yet.
2. Assuming yes to the above, lets take this example. I make a Canthan character and get to the port city and get to Elona. Will i be able to access the character when the trial ends or no?
3. Also, when a character goes to a foreign campaign, can he/she participate in that campaigns missions or just visit the lands?

1. Yes. Remember, only 1 key per account.
2. I don't know. I once had a trial of Nightfall, but didn't risk it. I assume nothing bad will happen, and that ANet predicted that. You also get pop-up messages when your time is closing to an end.
3. You can do everything and anything. Missions, quests, you name it. Even but skills, though these will be locked and unusable when the trial ends (the same say Sunspear Rebirth Signet is locked in PvP)

1. I honestly don't know. I've seen conflicting information about these keys from PlayNC's site that goes either way.
2. Your hypothetical Canthan character would be locked out until you purchased Factions.
3. You have full access to quests, missions, and areas, just as if you had purchased the campaign.
